- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and garlic.
- Add the spinach, tomatoes, chicken, and cheese to the bowl. Toss to combine.
- Scoop about 1 cup of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas, serve, and enjoy!
