Ingredients
- 3 cans tuna packed in water
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- 3 eggs beaten
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp dill chopped
- nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cooking spray.
- Form the mixture into 12 equal patties, each about 2 inches in diameter.
- Place the patties on a plate, cover, and chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a light coat of cooking spray and cook the tuna patties, turning once, until lightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
- Serve and enjoy!
