  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the oil.
  2. Form the sausage mixture into 8 patties, each about 3 inches in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the patties until golden and cooked all the way through, about 4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve 2 patties per person, pair with greens and sweet potatoes for a well rounded meal!
