  1. Cook the ground turkey first; in a large nonstick pan add olive oil at medium heat, then add ground turkey, cook until it’s no longer pink and juices run clear (about 10 minutes)
  2. Add zucchini noodles and Italian seasoning, cover and cook for 5 minutes
  3. Then add pasta sauce and cook for another 5 minutes
  4. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  5. Enjoy! You can refrigerate leftovers in air tight container for up to 4 days
