  1. Slice Roma tomatoes in half and wrap in aluminum foil along with peppers, onion, and garlic
  2. Heat in small/medium pot for 5- 10 minutes until the skins of the tomato break open
  3. Transfer into a blender and add salt and cilantro
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add to favorite meals such as eggs, tacos, and mixed vegetables
  6. Store in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days
