She works under close medical supervision to help you reach your health goals. Even if you are not enrolled, keeping an accurate food journal has a variety of benefits:

An accurate food journal can be tremendously helpful when trying to determine how your GI system reacts to certain food. If you have a skin reaction–such hives–that seems to be triggered by certain food choices, your food journal could play a critical role in determining the cause.

Food logs can be a valuable tool for physicians as well, especially with pediatric patients.
