So easy for all of us to get started with our New Years’ goals and begin to lose steam about a month in, but there’s no time for that!
I wanted to create an easy to follow “Eat this not that” guide that you can use to develop some new meal/snack ideas or to use simply as review. I provided nutrition facts for each of the items because when it comes down to the numbers, there is some colossal differences between the two groups.
For Example, the little differences between Greek yogurt options can be as much as 2x the calories, 3x the sugar, and less protein!
