One of our most common patient complaints is that the phone system is often a hassle, due to high call volume (especially during peak hours). In the Patient Portal, you can set appointments, communicate with your providers, and even view your lab results, all without having to pick up the phone.

With the Patient Portal appointment system, you can easily schedule a vaccination ahead of time. This is especially important when:
- Flu season is coming up;
- You need to be vaccinated against whooping cough (especially important when you have a child on the way)
- You’re trying to get all of your child’s vaccines before the new school year.

To discourage no-shows, we charge a no-show fee. The Patient Portal makes it incredibly easy to cancel an appointment, especially when you realize late at night or during the weekend that you cannot make an appointment. It’s easy to forget to call our office by the time our office opens, and you end up being assessed a fee. By using the Patient Portal, you don’t have to wait until you have a chance to call, and risk forgetting to cancel.
