Chicken ravioli

Chicken ravioli
High protein, diabetic friendly, Heart healthy, simple meals, 400 calories or less, family-friendly
  1. Chop chicken breast into ½ – 1-inch cubes and season with spices
  2. Heat large skillet on medium-high temperature, add 1 Tbsp olive oil and chopped chicken
  3. Lower heat to medium and cover with lid
  4. Stir occasionally until no longer pink (10 minutes)
  5. Add mushroom and chopped zucchini and cook until tender (5-10 minutes)
  6. In a large pot, add 4 cups of water and boil
  7. Add ravioli and boil for 4-5 minutes
  8. In a small pot, heat tomato sauce until warm (4-5 minutes)
  9. Strain ravioli and serve with chicken and vegetables
  10. Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  11. Enjoy!
