Balsamic chicken drumsticks

  1. Season the drumsticks with spices and balsamic vinegar, let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or marinade in refrigerator 3 days before cooking
  2. Warm 1 Tbsp olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add drumsticks and cover with lid
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20-25 minutes (until juices run clear)
  4. Rearrange drumsticks every 5-10 minutes for even cooking
  5. Remove lid and add red onion until caramelized (about 5 minutes)
  6. Serve with favorite vegetables!
