Instructions
  1. Cook the beef first; add ½ Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add the meat and break into smaller pieces using spatula
  3. Add Mrs. Dash and stir beef every 3-5 minutes for a total of 10 minutes or until no pink remains in the middle of the pieces
  4. Set aside
  5. Using nonstick skillet, warm ½ Tbsp oil and cook tortillas until softened
  6. Add 4oz beef, onion, cotija cheese, cilantro and cabbage to make tacos
  7. Sprinkle with sour cream and hot sauce
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Store leftover beef in refrigerator for up to 4 days
